How does the return or recycling of the glass jugs work?

To support our sustainability efforts and make it convenient for you, we've implemented a simple return system for the glass jugs.

On your next delivery, our team will collect the empty jugs for sanitization and reuse. If you prefer to recycle them yourself, you can, but we encourage the return system to minimize environmental impact.

How is the water sourced and purified?

Our water undergoes a rigorous purification process, including reverse osmosis, carbon filtration, and UV sterilization, to remove impurities and ensure safety. We source our water from the Palomar Mountains here in CA!

How are the jugs delivered, and what is the delivery schedule?

After placing your order, you'll receive a text message allowing you to select both the delivery day and a 2-hour window. Delivery windows are available 7 days a week from 9 AM to 9 PM, with each window spanning 2 hours. Your deliveries will be scheduled weekly, arriving on the same day each week, within the 2-hour window you've chosen.

Absolutely! We understand that your needs may change, which is why we offer flexible subscription management. You can easily pause your subscription, adjust delivery frequency, or cancel at any time by contacting our support team.
